Refund policy

At Knots & Co., we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery confirmation via tracking.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are custom-made, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-designed products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. 

Not Exchangeable 

Inaccurate personalization.

  • Please make sure your personalized items are correctly spelled whether a name or personalized.

Misuse of product or improper care will not be included in exchanges: 

  • Snow globe, glass or acrylic cups or tumblers with DTF UV Wraps. They are not made for dishwasher use. They must be hand washed only.
