Thank you for shopping with Knots & Co. We are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

  • Ready-to-ship items are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Personalized or custom orders may require 3–7 business days for production before shipment.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing times of 2–3 business days are common for custom products that often require additional production time.  

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.  

Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $75: Shipping rates calculated at checkout.
  • Orders $75 or moreFree Standard Shipping within the United States.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be re-shipped.  

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Knots & Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once accepted by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
